Since we started, NORCA has sought to develop and run innovative and exciting projects that not only offer people a way of developing their artistic skills and engagement with the arts, but also use the arts to try to improve the quality of people’s lives.  This might be through training and engagement in learning, the development of transferable skills, the broadening of horizons or the focus of artistic development, creating a community of involvement  or involvement in the local community, the development of ongoing groups, or just a chance to have some fun.  As much as possible we work in partnership with like-minded organisations and funders to achieve these aims.  We would like to thank all those organisations who have been involved in our projects and particularly we would like to thank the funders, whose logos you will find throughout these pages, without whom the work would not have been possible.
