NORCA has sought to develop and run innovative and exciting projects that not only offer people a way of developing their artistic skills and engagement with the arts, but also use the arts to try to improve the quality of people's lives. This might be through training and engagement in learning, the development of transferable skills, the broadening of horizons or the focus of artistic development, creating a community of involvement or involvement in the local community, the development of ongoing groups, or just a chance to have some fun. As much as possible we work in partnership with like-minded organisations and funders to achieve these aims. You can read here about projects that we have run.
