NORCA offers a range of opportunities for getting involved in the arts. The menu on this page provides details of what we have on offer at the moment. Please note, whilst some of these may be 'open access' programmes that anyone can come along to, many are funded programmes that are restricted in some way, either by age, economic circumstance or geographic location.
