Norwich Singing Squad - Young person's group (11 to 18yrs)

The latest series of dates ran from January to April 2009.

The Singing Squad was a fantastic opportunity for young people (11 to 18 years) to get involved in singing in a group. The Squad combined vocal development with performance and is for anyone, regardless of level of experience.

Material was varied, including pop, gospel, show tunes, folk and more. We tried to perform at least once a term. It was an opportunity to learn to sing or develop your voice in a friendly and informal setting.

Additional opportunities linked to the group included Arts Awards and training as a singing facilitator. If needed, assistance with travel to the session was available. The sessions were run by Jon Baker and Charlotte Arculus, two highly experienced tutors.
